If you are not in control, you're out of control…(Fred E. Coon)
O.K. You now have an interview scheduled.
Now, you must really do important homework - both written and
verbal to survive the next phase of this process. I mean, why
would you have worked so hard to get this far and then blow
it because you thought you could wing it.
In this chapter, I’ve avoided the really heavy
in-depth discussions of cognitive dissonance. However, I’ve
described them in terms of how to use this technique to
control the interview. This is a critical issue in your
achieving more money and a better position with the company
with which you are interviewing. This chapter also addresses
do’s and don’ts of interviewing dress, styles, language and
other eliminator issues.
